hey! we won't be giving a review. while the home met our spatial needs, we did not have use of the whole home and didnt know there was a renter at the site until the day we arrived and we received the check in instructions. the renter was pretty noisy as well.the biggest issue was the fact that it was an active construction zone. it was not kid friendly (which you claimed) and coupled with no air conditioning, resulted in a lot of noise. you probably shouldn't be advertising it without letting renters know about these issues ahead of time. we would likely have not rented had we known. We were also told we could use the deck but couldn't. There was no furniture and the construction noise and mess were pretty fierce. The roofers started at 6am this morning!

Wonderful place. New and clean. The owner was very good to deal with and responded very quickly to all our requests/questions. There is construction going on as it is a new neighborhood, but we would definitely stay there when we come to Calgary again.
