Not a great experience. Check-in was inconvenient even though I paid through the app—they still asked for ID and credit card, and held the cash deposit for days. The elevator felt unsafe, and the unit wasn’t clean. No coffee maker, old furniture, and clearly the mattress hasn’t been changed in a long time. There are cheaper hotels nearby with much better quality. Definitely not coming back.

It was good enough… our room door had a huge gap because it looked like someone had kicked it in, the elevator and ice machine weren’t usable, two of the entry doors from the parking lot weren’t working/accessible. Beds were very comfortable and it was clean, room was a good size. Location was convenient and lots of parking spots.

Let’s put it this way, the property is for lease and the owners are in debt so they aren’t fixing anything and clearly don’t care about the property or their staff. The a/c wasn’t working in our room and it was 30 degrees at all times. The night manager wasn’t willing to comp the room and 5 rooms later at 3am we were provided with a room that had a working a/c. One of the rooms down the hall from us said that their sink head was left beside the sink and they had no running water, don’t think that’s legal. I would not recommend staying here at all.

There is no elevator from the ground levels to the first floors. You will have to use 5 stairs to get to the elevator. So if you have mobility issues this may not be the hotel for you.

The blankets are kinda scratchy and the room is a bit outdated, but it was very clean and the staff was very friendly! The hotel is also located in a very convenient area and the parking is wonderful! (Side not, the hallways were really smelly, I don’t think the hotel can control that but it was like eight different bad smells at once)

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bathtub was chipped and in rough shape. The sink was cracked and didn't empty well. The AC was broken and would not turn on so we had to sleep with the window open and there was crazy loud barking Dogs as there was a kennel of some sort right next store. Almost all of the doors on the North side of the building were out of order making entry to the building very tough.

Took almost 30 minutes to check in. Other people behind me were getting impatient.Key cards had to be constantly updated, work once then wouldn't work again. Staff doesn't speak/understand English, was hard to communicate with them. No restaurant, says there is one, but it's been closed for a long time. Ice machines don't work. However beds were very comfortable, and room was clean.

Wrong bed sizes and an oh well attitude.

We booked a room with 2 queen beds instead we got a room with two double beds and a toilet that could double as a rocking chair, after talking to the front desk the where able to find us a room with one queen, and one double bed. The toilet felt less like it was going to come off the floor but there was a portable AC unit that was vented through the window, and blocked up by card board it looked like someone cut with a butter knife. No discount was offered and when asked about a lower rate due to the incorrect room they shrugged it off. Probably partially because of the poorly sealed window someone smoking outside the room made the who room smell like weed. When compared to the rest this is fairly minor, but the pool room was the temperature of the sauna, but the water temperature was slightly above ice cold. Definitely not staying there again.

The communication from this hotel was amazing. We had to have an early checkin, and they were quick to accomodate. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable . The location was close to everything. It was easy to get to. It is close to a train track, so you will get some noise, but it didnt bother us. We would stay here again.
