I like the staff when they welcomed us with a warm smile. The hotel is closer to most of the famous places like peace bridge, city lights, etc. which made it more accessible for us. Also, the elevator should be well maintained because when it’s going up or down, there was an unusual noise that made it kinda worrisome. Overall, it was a great stay! Might come back!

Waste of money.

To start… the receptionist was quite rude. He never tried to resolve our reservation issue. When we got to the room, we found blood on the sheets, used toilet paper, hair in the shower, and generally poor cleanliness. They had no cleaning staff; the guy who came to bring us new sheets didn't know how to make the bed. Lots of people were smoking marijuana and drinking alcohol. Overall, it was a terrible experience. If I could give it a 0, I would.

I only stayed for a night, but what I can say is that the hotel was really awesome! Check-in was fast and easy, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room itself was super comfortable and clean, and really comfy. Most of all, it was affordable, I still couldn't believe I got the room at that price. I would most definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Calgary, and I highly recommend all of you too! Thank you to the staff for making my stay, even though it was only a night a good one! :-)

My ceiling leaked all three days I was there and nothing was done if some was sleeping in the pull out couch they would have been soaked in 5 minutes and I asked if they can maybe give me a discount but I don’t think that’s going to happen.

Do not bring heavy stuff with you, as there is no elevator from the lobby (3rd floor?) to 4th floor (but only 1 set of stairs you'll climb). Tub's water temp is cold when you put it on "H" but hot when you put it on "C". Overall, Everything is expected for its price.
