Worst hotel ive ever stayed at

Worst hotel I have eger stayed at. All the ice machines were broken, the room had no climate control at all you couldnt control the heat. The front desk people were extremely rude. You couldnt access the hotel from the keycard pads anywhere except the front desk. So you would have to park in the back of the hotel and walk all the way to the front then all the way down 6 flights of stairs and 18hallways to get to your room. The hotel was almost all underground and felt like a dungeon

Frequent drug users hanging around outside. 3 mornings in a row came out to people doing drugs right outside the front door. loud music until 1 am over half my stay. Got woken up at 2 am to screaming and fighting in the hall. My kids came up from the pool one night because 2 guys were in there playing loud music and doing drugs in the pool area. Got woken up one morning to banging on the walls (if you know what I mean). I had to take my kids out of the room because it was quite loud. Hotel was overall ok for the price. Not sure if I would stay here again tho.

We had to get checked into a second room because the first was too disgusting for my family to stay in and the staff took forever to bring stuff to room like toilet paper,towels and cutlery

Water damage everywhere, giant ripped out hole in the wall in the hallway, paint falling off the ceiling above the shower and in the closet, hallway had water damaged ceiling tiles throughout. Room was very hot and unable to turn heat down, window only opened 3”. Room stank like stale cigarettes, front desk lady didn’t seem to care. No toilet paper upon arrival and only 1 towel for 2 guests for 2 nights. Food on wall beside bed and on headboard. Greasy nose prints on the window.
