Suite apartment with pools, sauna and 24-hour reception in Caldas Novas

I own and rent a suite at Thermas Place condominium in Caldas Novas / GO. The package includes the suite (one bedroom / bathroom and balcony) for a maximum of 5 people, parking and access to the pools.

It does not include clothes or food.

The reservation is made with payment of half and the rest is paid until the week of lodging, bank deposit.

When booking, you will receive a reservation number that allows you to enter the condominium.

The front desk hands you a room access card.

Change of date of stay is allowed according to the availability of the suite and cancellation of the reservation can only be made 10 days in advance.

Leases are only allowed due to the fact that we have on time all payments of energy, condominium and other expenses of the suite, so we are not responsible for any unplanned interruptions in the supply of utilities in the city.

The condominium has seven swimming pools with hot and cold water, adult and children, sauna, court and bar.
As it is a suite it is not possible to cook, you can only make quick snacks because the room has a fridge and microwave ...
Food is not allowed to come down to the pool area.
The condominium has a wet bar and restaurant in the area serving all meals.
wifi is available in the pool area.

Each suite has a parking space.
