Localização ótima. bem no centro, entao fique atento pois terá barulho da rua se seu quarto for com janela pra rua. Refeições muito boas tanto café da manhã como almoco e jantar. Piscinas ótimas. Salva vidas bem ativo na piscina das crianças. Ponto negativo: foi nao ter um atendente exclusivo para o bar da piscina. No restaurante ter apenas um pessoa a fazer tapioca/ macarrão demorava muito a fila ficava grande. Ja me hospedei várias vezes neste hotel. Gosto muito. Ótimo para família com crianças.

Nota 8 Pontos positivos:A equipe de funcionários atenciosa, quarto limpo, café da manhã com variedades de opções e preço do bar molhado ser compatível principalmente no happy hour. Pontos negativos: precisei mudar de quarto devido o barulho grande da rua, movimentação grande de carros e sons de música alta. Alguns hóspedes fazem muito barulho nos corredores, gritam, batem porta, sendo a acústica prejudicada, infelizmente tem pessoas que não entendem o limite deles.seria bom o hotel colocar placas maiores próximo aos quartos. As piscinas são ótimas, porém devido a grande movimentação precisa ser melhorada a limpeza, principalmente nas bordas.

A localização é boa e o café da manhã é muito bom. As piscinas e parques são legais para as crianças. Só podia ter água um pouco mais aquecida, ainda mais que estava bem frio esses dias, mesmo com dia limpo. Equipe prestativa e o checkin foi rápido, já tinha feito o pre-checkin. Já a respeito do quarto, os lençóis das camas soltam fácil, travesseiros muito finos, na troca de toalhas as novas vieram com cheiro forte. Quarto virado pra rua muito barulhento até de madrugada. O ar-condicionado estava pingando, mas usamos pouco, quase só como ventilador para não ter que manter a janela aberta por conta doa ruídos da rua, mas na última noite tivemos que desligar e abrir as janelas, mesmo com barulho. Sugestões, usar prendedor de lençol, travesseiro mais espesso ou dois, verificar a toalhas antes da troca, ver a possibilidade de janelas com isolamento acústico, desentupir o dreno e limpar o ar-condicionado.

Fui eu e minha filha 07 anos, ficamos no quarto 314, o único ponto negativo foi a disposição da cama na diagonal. De resto tudo EXCELENTE e muito funcional: cama, ar condicionado, chuveiro, box de vidro, varanda com secador de roupa. Os funcionários super simpáticos (a gente também precisa ser, acredito que gentileza deve ser recíproca, porque vi outros clientes chatos e esses que devem dar avaliação negativa). As piscinas funcionando até tarde, podíamos voltar do parque aquático e curtir o hotel. O parquinho ficou interditado 2 dias para reparo, mas depois minha filha conseguiu utilizar. O café da manhã maravilhoso, de quinta a sexta, estava vazio e foi mais tranquilo do que no final de semana, mas sempre era reposto e conseguimos nos servir bem. Achei excelente também as opções no café. Localização excelente, do lado do Clube Prive e Water Park. Fui andando até o Singapura Shopping e até a Feirinha. Muitos restaurantes e lojas perto. Economizei no Uber. VOLTAREI E RECOMENDO!

Excelente custo benefício. Comida muito boa, quartos limpos, piscinas limpas e quentinhas. Trocam a água todas as noites. Acesso aos parques aquáticos da rede faz toda a diferença, principalmente para crianças. O único ponto negativo é o ar condicionado antigo que faz muito barulho. Porém, fiz uma solicitação de mudança de quarto na recepção e fui prontamente atendido. Me deram um quarto com ar condicionado novo e silencioso.
