Eu queria um hotel no centro da cidade de Caldas Novas. Foi o que perguntei e me foi informado que o Lacqua era no centro. Fui enganado. Imperdoável.

Pessima experiência. Muito arrependido.

Reservei pelo hoteis como senpre faço. Achei que era um local sério. Mas faltaram informaçoes na reserva. O lugar nao é do Laqua os apartamentos sao de terceiros, tive vários problemas e o hotel nao resolve fui brigado a ligar pro dono Tal de Paulo do ap que foi muito grosso nao resolveu nada e ainda me ofendeu. Ou seja como vcs pernitem isso alugo achando que vou pra um hotel chega lá tenho que arrunar toalha roupa de cama, o ar nao funciona, a tv nao funciona, porta do banheiro sem maçaneta, bancos quebrados, ap em pessimas condicoes. Sai pra jantar qdo voltei a janela tinha estourado. Encheu minhas coisa de vidro. Pessima experiência, vcs tem que se i formar e informar a gente qdo reservamos. O hotel é muito famosopra deixar os aptos nas moasdesse tipo de gente. Eles falam que sao eles que administram mas na verdade so pra cobrar, se tiver problemas eles nao resolvem nem ligam pro proprietario. Sei dos meus direitos eu reservei com vcs pensando que ia pra um hotel nao reservei de particular, os responsaveis saoosite e o hotel perante o procom e a lei. Era aniversario da minha esposa e meu nenem e fiu mal tratado, dei um presente de grego pra eles. Estou extremamente arrependido. E nao sei se vou continuar a usar o site, ja penssou ate ameasado eu fui.

Apartamento excelente, péssimo serviço.

Tivemos problemas no check-in, pois o apartamento não estava limpo quando chegamos. O check-in era as 14hs, só tivemos acesso ao apartamento as 17:20hs. Mesmo assim, o apartamento estava cheirando mal, tivemos que chamar a pessoa da faxina novamente. As toalhas e roupas de cama chegaram só depois, mas não nos forneceram toalhas de rosto e nem tapete de banheiro, disseram que o hotel estava cheio, que a lavanderia não deu conta de atender a demanda. Nosso lençol de casal estava manchado. Mesmo após comunicar tudo isso para o pessoal da portaria, ainda nos cobraram R$ 20 por pessoa pelas roupas de cama e toalhas, esse custo deveria estar mais claro no anúncio também. No anúncio estava dizendo que tinha acesso ao park aquático, mas não deixava claro qual era o parque. O apartamento fica dentro do L'ACQUA DIROMA. No início da página está escrito: fica perto de Diroma AcquaPark. Como é tudo DiRoma, para quem não conhece precisa ficar claro no anúncio que o "Parque aquático grátis" que essa estadia dá direito, não é o famoso diRoma Acqua Park. Fora isso, o apartamento é novo, muito completo, bem decorado, cheio de armários e bastante confortável. Senti falta de cabides para as toalhas no banheiro. Wi-Fi praticamente não funciona, sinal muito ruim.
