The pool was dirty when we got there,big chunks of mold inside ,disgusting ,they clean the pool but never got that filled up,so we end up not going in,because the other ones was yellow w pee ,food not great ,bad experience ever !!!DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ótima instalações e vista maravilhosa para um lago

Gostamos muito das instalações do hotel. Muita atividade para adultos e crianças, nos divertimos muito jogando bingo, participando de gincanas, além da quermesse e lual para os adultos e balada kids para os pequenos. Funcionários muito atenciosos, agradeço à todos da equipe do hotel e tbm a equipe de recreação como a tia Sol e tia Lalá que foram maravilhosas com o cuidado dos meus pequenos e as demais meninas que fazem parte do grupo. Além do salva vidas Florismar que me ajudou quando meu filho precisou. O hotel da cortesia free para 4 parques aquáticos da região,fomos apenas em 1 para poder curtir os demais dias no hotel, mas vale super a pena essa cortesia. Café da manhã e jantar farto, adoramos tbm.

3 of 4 family members ended up with food poisoning on the first day after eating in one of their associated parks and their pool bar. Hotel did not want to acknowledge/investigate this and offered no compensation what so ever. So much for hospitality. End of story. Not recommended!

O hotel e muito longe do centro e deixou vários itens a desejar durante a minha estadia como limpeza do apartamento, café da manhã ruim com poucas opções e nada integral, a comida do restaurante também não é boa nada saborosa e nenhum capricho...Não pretendo voltar e nem indicar pra ninguém.

Ótimo custo benefício em Caldas Novas! Apartamento com espaço bom e confortável, linda vista para o lago. A alimentação é razoável, poderia ter mais variedades e o entretenimento poderia ser mais honesto com as crianças fornecendo um brinde e não balinhas… meu filho ficou super frustrado por ter vencido a competição e ganhando 5 balinhas.

O Hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa, bom café da manhã. Porém, a limpeza deixou a desejar. Encontramos uma aranha enorme no quarto. Mas o que mais incomodou foram as festas que havia próximas ao hotel. Som ensurdecedor a noite.

A estrutura di hotel na parte externa piscinas, paisagem é linda, porem os quartos tem aa paredes sujas, infiltrações e o servico de arrumação de quartos é feito a cada 2 dias isoa me desagradou. O café da manhã estava impossivel de se servir, hotel com capacidade total esgotada e apenas 1 restaurante para cafe da manha num hotel tao grande. Jantar se repete a cena do cafe, filas absurdas, sem muita variedade. Redunindk sr vc esta pensando em ir em feriados, épocas de férias melhor repensar.

O lugar é lindo é muito aconchegante, bem família, mas as piscinas dos parquínhos infantis são geladas, deveria ser quentinhas....o Náutico também deveria ter mais puscinas aquecidas, inclusive a de ondas é gelada.

Apesar da variedade do cafe da manha ser bom, o pó de cafe deve ser serragem saborizada com essência de café. Horrivel. O mesmo vale para o jantar...apesar de uma certa variedade a carne com certeza era de 2a...dura todos os dias. Enfim aconselho a contratar um chef de cozinha de verdade. Do mais, eu adorei a estadia.

The hotel and swimming pools are really good, the bed is comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast is good. But once an hour someone tries to forcefully sell you some shares in a flat... Really annoying. You have to have good nerves to be able to handle that forced sale. When you come back from breakfast, they are waiting at the door and trying to sell you shares. There should be more respect and let the customers enjoy their holiday

Hotel deveria melhorar as opções do restaurante. Fiquei 6 dias, e todo santo dia no almoço e janta comendo a mesma opção. Fora isto, tudo perfeito!
