- The keys and control of the gate from now on are your responsibility, lost, broke, gone. You are responsible for restoring, replacing and reimbursing the control coding service and the costs of the locksmith are at your own expense. Therefore, avoid losing and / or damaging it. (amount charged for replacement and new control coding service - R $ 150.00).
- Avoid damaging electronic devices, they give us comfort and tranquility in our day to day. Remember they are yours at that moment, tomorrow they will be from another guest, and they will be yours again when you return.
- We would like to ask the children not to jump on the beds and the sofa, in addition to running the risk of getting hurt, any damage should be compensated.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Pets are not allowed, if it is extremely necessary to take it if it is small, an additional charge of R $ 50.00 per night per animal will be charged.
