O apartamento está em mal estado de conservação, colchões sujos e mofados, não tem tapete sequer no quarto, você sai do banheiro e molha todo o quarto, os utensílios da cozinha estão velhos e sem condições de uso, tem somente dois copos para um ap de quatro pessoas, (copo de requeijão) . Freqüento Caldas a muito tempo e sempre fico nos apartamentos do grupo Di Roma e essa foi a pior experiência. O ap precisa de reforma.

Péssima experiência

Péssima experiência. Ao chegar no horário do check in, o quarto não estava pronto, pois o hóspede anterior tinha acabado de sair. A limpeza foi feita às pressas e mal feita. armários, bancada só poeira, tive q comprar pano e multiuso para limpar. Porta do quarto quebrada. Sanduicheira sem funcionar. Não tinha colher, nem faça. O pior de tudo: cheiro de cigarro exalando no quarto, pois, segundo o pessoal da limpeza, os hóspedes anteriores fumavam e jogaram cinzas de cigarro nos ralos do banheiro e não tinha como sair o cheiro. Resultado: alergia o período todo da estadia. Nunca mais volto.

Atenção: Roupas de Cama e Banho não estão inclusas

Estadia muito boa, pisicinas excelentes. Única coisa que não me atentei no momento da reserva é que não forneciam nem lençóis, nem toalhas. Ao entrar em contato via whatsapp, me informaram sobre a possibilidade de locação. Como fiz essa solicitação antecipadamente, quando cheguei no apartamento, a cama estava arrumada e as toalhas todas no banheiro. Para quem quer economizar e cozinhar no apartamento, há 3 mercados bem próximos à portaria do condomínio.

Péssima experiência, íamos ficar 6 dias, ficamos só 2, flet minúsculo, não tinha colher, nem coador p fazer café tinha, nem caneca p ferver água, chuveiro com os bicos entupidos,horrível p tomar banho só tinha 1 cadeira para refeição em um flet q descreve q comporta 3 pessoas, sofá cama impossível de dormir, flet extremamente longe da recepção e do clube, sai com um papel condizendo q estava no clube e q tinha direito ao desconto no Acqua park, não aceitaram o papel dizendo q tinha q voltar no dia do check out ou tinha q está com o crachá, mesmo explicando p gerente Celina do Acqua park o pq não tinha a carteirinha pois sai antes e q tinha o papel comprovando q não estava mais hospedado com eles, a mesma nem esperou falar direito e foi ligando p hotel q ela achou q era parceiro do diroma p vê se estava hospedada lá mesmo, sendo q minha nova hospedagem não tinha nada ver com diroma, parecia q estava mendigando e bem sabemos q as pessoas entram de graça, só participar de um encontro p oferecer cotas e mesmo q a pessoa não fique com o empreendimento mesmo assim entra no parque de graça e eu q iria pagar e queria o desconto conforme fui orientada na recepção do hotel lacqua diroma e estava extremamente desgostosa com a hospedagem não fizeram nada p tentar amenizar meu descotentamento, pioraram ainda mais a situação, não recomendo essa rede nem o parque.
