Private: garden 500 m2, swimming pool (above ground) (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 04.Apr.. Bumpy, steep, narrow motor access to 50 m from the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 10 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 6.5 km, railway station 20 km, sandy beach "Versilia" 48 km, thermal baths "San Giuliano Terme" 17 km.
