F3, villa, 80 m² independent, with swimming pool in traditional hamlet 20 minutes from Ajaccio and 20 minutes from Cargèse, close to many tourist sites, 10 minutes from beaches supervised. Shops and local products nearby. Calm assured.
The housing, completely new, has a kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher), 4 very comfortable beds; bedroom 1: bed 140; bedroom 2: bed 140 + single bed (loan of an umbrella bed on request), a living room with TV, DVD player and wireless Internet connection. The bathroom with shower and toilet is spacious. The tenants also have a washing machine. A baby cot can be provided on request.
A splendid terrace, sunny and flowery of 25 m ², the panoramic sight on sea and mountain, the living room of garden with deckchairs and barbecue, the tubular swimming pool (from June to September) with panoramic sight on sea and mountain, the sunset with Breathtaking are the highlights of this haven of peace.

Maison propre, spacieuse et bien équipée

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette location. La propriétaire et son fils nous ont donné de bons conseils pour profiter de la région et nous ont permis de découvrir des lieux hors des sentiers battus. Seul petit bémol: il manque un peu de coins ombragés dans la partie du jardin réservée aux locataires. Cela est compensé par deux parasols aux abords de la piscine mais c'est un peu peu.

Martine ist eine wunderbare Gastheberin, durch die Hanglage ist eine klare Trennung vom vermieteten Obergeschoss zum durch Martine bewohnten Untergeschoss gegeben. Die Auststattung, der Meerblick und der Pool sind ganz phantastisch.

Un super séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très agréable maison. La vue et les couchers de soleil y sont magnifiques. La piscine est idéale pour de jeunes enfants, et la présence d'une adorable petit chat a ravi nos filles. La propriétaire, très discrète, nous a facilité le séjour et aidé lorsque c'était nécessaire. A 40 min d'Ajaccio et 20 minutes des plages, la maison est idéalement placée. Voiture indispensable, car le hameau est tout de même assez isolé !

Un petit coin de paradis !

Propriété située à 30mn d'Ajaccio et à 15mn des premiers commerces ou de la plage. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire, avec de l'eau fraiche et du jus de fruits frais, ainsi qu'un pain maison à la farine de châtaigne. Magnifique vue sur la mer, endroit calme, piscine très agréable. La propriétaire est disponible et très discrète, mais il ne faut pas hésiter à lui poser des questions sur la région ou autre. Personne vraiment charmante qui ne demande à ce que notre séjour soit le mieux possible. Location spacieuse (salle principale en L avec cuisine, coin repas et coin salon, 2 grandes chambres, salle de bain avec douche, lavabo et WC), frigo avec partie congélateur (pour les glaces !), machine à laver, location fonctionnelle et surtout très propre, lecteur DVD et DVD, jeux et livres à disposition, terrasse, jardin, petit carré de fines herbes et tomates cerises. Draps et linge de toilette changés en milieu de séjour (on ne voit pas ça partout !). Sans oublié Mimine, qui nous a fait oublié que l'on avait laissé nos animaux à la maison (entre de bonnes mains !). Bref, à recommander.

ruhig, gut ausgestattet, einfach zum Wohlfühlen

Sehr schönes Appartement in völliger Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit (bis auf morgendliches Duett von Hahn und Esel ;-) mit tollem Blick. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und pflegt den Pool, wir wurden mit selbstgebackenem Brot und Marmelade empfangen. (Die Terrasse auf diesem Foto gehört aber zum Stockwerk der Vermieterin, die Terrasse des oberen Appartements hat leider keinen Meerblick.) Zu den tollen Sandstränden fährt man ca. 20 Min.
