Double bedroom with the addition of bunk beds or alternatively with two foldable cots (only for children 3-12 years) with balcony; kitchen-living room with balcony, with sofa bed; bathroom with window, with shower and washing machine. The apartments have a floor area of 50 square meters approx.

The italian way

The place was neat and accessible. The landlord was kind, but spoke nothing but italian. The apartement was fine, but the laundrymachine was not installed. The toilet was leaking but the landlord did not fix it during our stay. The kitchen was very sparesome equipped. No bread knife no cuttingboard and only 2 pots. A the balcony no shades were mounted Even though there were brackets for it. . That was not very conformtable when the sun was strong and the amount privacy was therefor limited. At the residence a watercap was mandatory.
