Villa Calangute Phase 4 was designed specifically to host you, this space has everything you need to be your home away from home! Enjoy the beach feel as you are only a 10 minutes walk from the famous "Queen of Beaches' namely Calangute Beach. Swimming pool with children's pool, pergola and BBQ makes it the perfect for families, friends and work retreats.

Key feature of Phase 4:

☆ The accommodation is self-catered whereby we have provided you with lodging and cooking facilities with no meals and no room service.

☆ This villa is 12 min walk to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 3 AC bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with Shared swimming pool + Pool table + Foosball Game Table + Carrom board with another 3BHK villa (PHASE4). Free WiFi with 50-100+ mbps speed.

☆ Villa has 2 King size beds & 1 queen-size bed. The two king-size beds are made by joining two single beds and adding a 2-inch topper; if you like, we can take the topper off and the beds will revert to being two single beds.

☆The pool is shared with the next door villa, namely Villa Calangute Phase 3.

☆ Check in at 1:00 pm and Check out is 10:00 am. Flexibility is based on availability.

☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.

☆ 24-hour power backup (Inverter + Generator on site).

☆ Parking is compounded for 2 Cars.

The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks

An experience with all the advantages of restaurant quality food at a fraction of the price and in the comfort of your own holiday home. Just tell the chef your personal preferences, any allergies and he will prepare a delicious gourmet meal just for your group. You have to pay the labor and ingredients cost and its all prepared fresh at your villa.

Guests have full access to the villa. We do not give the villa to more than one party at a time so you have exclusive use of the villa. If you book both Villa Calangute Phase 3 and 4 we can accommodate up to 18 people and the pool becomes exclusive to your party.
