Generally 3 stars not because it was bad, it was a clean and cheap motel .. and amongst those this one was average. If you're on a budget and just passing through then this is absolutely fine. Our very limited contact with members of staff were very polite and, thankfully for us, their English was excellent and way better than our French.

Above and beyond

When arrived we were told no food was available were more than disappointed as the hotel the night before had same issue and we had to go searching for food, i explained that to a pleasant young man called Cedric nipped out came back he will sort something come in at 7pm he fed a few weary travellers that it was very gòod. So nice to see someone prepared to go above and beyond thank you Cedric

Room clean. Not a massive choice for evening meal. They took well done to the extreme. My steak was so burnt I couldn't eat it. Good buffet starter and dessert starter. Staff excellent. OK visit but a bit disappointing having been to several Campanile hotels before

Old but quite location

Hotel old needs updating , said it had Aircon but only for heating, hot in room tried to open window for air no fly screens had to close so we didn’t get bitten by mosquitos. Had to request more coffee supplies only 1 coffee sachet no milk packet, toilet kept running for a while after flushing till tank refilled , shower leaked

Confusing address. Hard to find location.

This was the hardest Camponile Hotel to locate during our stay in France. If it wasn't for the lady at the Ibis Hotel we wouldn't have found it. We couldn't speak French and she couldn't speak English. A miracle that we made it to this location on Bastille Day. Apart from that it was all good.

The room smelt like sewerage. After staying at other French hotels I came to the conclusion that this is a locality thing. Being a single person I always got put in rooms away from my sister & her husband that I was traveling with. And the I felt vulnerable being put in the room opposite the stairwell . The wi fi didn't always work either.

OK Hotel, great location, Internet almost useless

OK hotel in large, spacious but quiet seaside resort. Room was OK, but had no fridge, and especially annoying was the fact that the internet (IKD) was useless. This was particularly requested on booking, but the staff just didn't care. Having toured around Provence the IKD internet system was consistently either very very slow or not working at all.Parking was good, food OK, location great,opposite the Arena and Marina on seafront. .

Not happy

The service at the restaurant was very slow. When we first arrived we waited for 30 mins for someone to come to our table. There was hardly anything left each morning at breakfast.We wanted to stay for another night and they found us a room which was great but failed to tell us the cost of the room.It was 30 euro more than the original price.

better communication would have been nice

We made the reservation the night we had to stay as our schedule was unpredictable. I neglected to say that we would be arriving late so when we finally found the hotel the gate was locked. The side gate was open but no one was around. We slept in our car outside the gate and in the morning went to the office. They had put our key in the door of the room we were to have but we had no way of knowing they did this. A note on the gate or the door of the office would have given us a better nights sleep. We did go in the room and sleep for another hour or so and use the shower but a little note would have made a huge difference. Wifi was a challenge at the best of times but there was no indication on the confirmation email the key would be in the room door. And which room it would be. It was a quiet location and well maintained though.

Tout se serait à peu près bien passé si le repas n’avait pas été facturé 6€ de plus que le prix affiché à l’extérieur et sur le site(accès quercode) Impossible de se faire rembourser, de rencontrer un responsable (absent chaque fois que nous avons voulu le contacter)ou de se faire rappeler au téléphone malgré nos multiples demandes: un vrai scandale!!! Les clients sont vraiment ignorés. Par ailleurs, la bouilloire de la chambre était en panne et il n’y avait quasi aucun choix des mets et desserts contrairement à ce qui était annoncé : AUCUN SÉRIEUX dans la prestation alors que l’hôtel pourrait être agréable.
