Muito bom a hospedagem, atendimento incrível

Atendimento excelente, fomos atendido pelo Welbert,muito prestativo estava com criança nos colocou no quarto enfrente a piscina,ainda nos levou para almocar no restaurante casa verde comida caseira maravilhosa Atendimento top.

Pousada muito boa. Ela é linda, móveis novos, é bem organizado. Tem ar condicionado. Chuveiro quente. Limpeza feita diariamente. Único ponto a melhorar é o café da manhã, tinha dias que era muito bom, outros não. Faltando reposição, etc.

Não recomendo esse hotel!

O quarto espaçoso porém o hotel não tem capacidade para receber excursões. Eu não estava em excursão e fiquei totalmente insatisfeita, o hotel não tem estrutura para um café da manhã decente, passei dois dias sem conseguir tomar café pela bagunça com a quantidade de gente e não fui restituída por isso. Vi outras pessoas reclamando da mesma situação. Presenciei uma funcionária do hotel pegando açúcar que tinham derramado na mesa suja e colocando de volta no açucareiro na frente de todos. Um absurdo! Você pode escolher se deseja que limpe ou não o seu quarto, no meu caso optei por não limpar devido a pertences (foi dito 2 vezes para não limpar) e ainda assim entraram o quarto e “mexeram” em tudo. PODE TER CERTEZA QUE LÁ NÃO VOLTO MAIS NUNCA. Se só tiver esse hotel com vaga prefiro não ir a MSP.
