10/10 Excellent

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room was good to stay at, there are some issues I had with the room sheets looking a bit dirty but after I asked for new ones which were given to me, the room felt fine. The shower has not shower curtain so the water gets everywhere. Whenever I needed something I would ask the staff and they were helpful.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The rooms and bathroom are really run down. The matresses were so old that the when you lie down you can feel the springs o you get sunk. The bathroom does not have a shower curtain and the water spills all over the floor. On the other hand, it’s well localed to go to the pyramids and the staff is nice.

A fuire aux plus vite !! Désolé ( peut etre un changement de propriétaire ?? )) État générale de l'hôtel ( tres très vetuste / plomberie/ électricité/structures ) Malgré une devanture sympa ...
