MaMo the owner and staff are very friendly. Very helpful. Location is great. Right at the entrance to the pyramid complex. This is my second time staying at this hotel and will stay again

This property is right by the Pyramids Area Official Entrance. Its a discounted property and for the dollar value it is good. On the top deck the pyramid view is great, and this is also where the breakfast is served, plus another higher platform view level. Its not a great area, but its safe and close to other dining options. The proprietor and his family are the nicest people you could meet.

Exceptional location right near entrance to Giza plateau by only a few minutes walk. A phenomenal view of the pyramids, beautiful sunset from the roof top, watch the pyramid laser show at night. Very safe area, easy to access to all the restaurants, stores and pharmacy by foot. Etc. As soon as I arrived, felt very welcomed and was given a reception drink. The staff are so helpful always smiling. The service and cleanliness are perfect, delicious local Egyptian breakfast. The hotel owner speaks excellent English, very welcoming, great hospitality and fun to talk. I would highly recommend it staying here for anyone who are visiting Egypt. You will have an amazing time!

SURBOOKING EMBROUILLE A FUIRE SI VOUS VOULEZ ÊTRE CERTAIN D’AVOIR UNE CHAMBRE Nous sommes arrivés vers 6h du matin. Nous avons mis du temps à le trouver car le nom de l’hôtel sur place « pyramids top inn » n’est pas celui indiqué sur hôtels.com « pyramids top success » On finit par tenter notre chance en montant les escaliers menant à l’accueil de l’hôtel. (Ceux-ci sont occupés par de chiens errants.) En arrivant à l’accueil nous sommes chassés par une personne qui nous dit que ce n’est pas ici et qu’il faut partir. Après une seconde tentative, le gérant de l’hôtel nous présente ses excuses en disant qu’il n’avait pas bien compris. (Drôle d’accueil pour un hôtelier). Mais dans tous les cas nous ne pouvons pas rester là car il n’a plus de chambre disponible. Nous lui montrons notre e-mail de confirmation et je vois sur son téléphone qu’il a bien notre réservation avec notre nom de famille. Il nous explique que c’est une erreur informatique, que nous ne pouvons pas rester là. Après nous avoir bien fait comprendre que nous allons être sans solution avec nos bagages, il nous explique qu’il va s’arranger pour nous héberger dans un hôtel en face pour le même prix. Et c’est ce qu’il sait passé, nous avons donc passé deux nuits dans l’hôtel « pyramids paradise hotel » d’un standing bien moindre qu’initialement prévu mais bien entendu en payant le prix de l’hôtel. Personne ne semblait surpris dans l’hôtel, une combine bien huilée et juteuse pour eux.
