The hotel is lovely. But the surrounding area and the rest of the building is dirty and feels unsafe due to the men milling about and smoking at all hours. The area is filthy. But that's Cairo, so what can you do-it's not the hotel's fault. The hotel is top notch, and anywhere else would be 5-star.

The property was just like the photos. Staff knew me by name and were kind and friendly-they have a solution to any issue. Breakfast is included and prepared fresh every morning. We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They made us feel at home. The hotel was very clean and our room was made daily, we stayed there 6 nights and we would definitely recommend this hotel. It’s very near to the Egyptian museum and shops etc.

We have stayed for few days during our Egypt trip. The hotel is some old deleric building. The room was ok just very noisy from the street on the other side of the building. Hotel is providing ear plugs. In the bathroom was such a bad smell that was coming from the pipes or air vent.

I was confused when the Uber driver dropped us off at the address. The building looks run down with old fashioned elevator. We didn't know how to get it to work. Thank God, someone came to the building and used it. I thought we have to climb up 5 floors. But, once we got to the hotel, everything was great. I talked to the staff. They said this hotel is about 3 months old and they will be improving the lobby of the building, adding signs soon

Great staff great price

The team couldn’t have been any better absolutely lovely people. If you are looking to visit the museum the location is a 5 minute walk away. I arrived earlier than check in and Mahmoud let me get into my room early. He also arranged for a taxi to the airport after I had already left that hotel. Overall a great service from great people.
