Staff seemed genuinely happy to work there. The location isn't great although the pyramid views more than make up for this. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was plentiful. The team at the hotel took a personal touch with my son and family and took care of us like family. The room with the spa pool was amazing. The hotel was clean and the views of the pyramids every morning and night were amazing. When you arrive the outside of the location is not the best and the elevator is interesting but the area is very safe and the locals are amazing. I would recommend this hotel and its facilities and more than anything a view i loved to wake up to everyday i was there

The staff and room were wonderful. The area is not one you’d wander around especially at night. However, if you are there for the pyramids and museums, which we were, the location and views can not be beat!!!! We would stay again but use only Uber and NOT a taxi from the airport!!! The hotel booked a legitimate taxi service to return to the Cairo airport and that was wonderful! The service offered at the airport was awful and a scam. Know Giza is a long wat from the airport!

This place is beyond fantastic. Everything is beyond exceptional. Staff here treat it as if it’s their own business. You get a very warm personalized experience and staff are will to help with anything. View of the Pyramids of Giza makes this place an amazing place to stay in. I am definitely coming back.
