We were greeted with welcoming staff who were very helpful throughout our stay. The place could not be faulted for its condition, it is clean and always well maintained. The minute you walk in you feel like you have stepped into another world. The food was great although only ate a couple of times at tbe restaurant. Really close to the airport and therefore served us well as we only had a short stay in Cairo this time. Shout out for Mr Reda from the restaurant for arranging a cake for a surprise birthday.

Room was subpar in terms of cleanliness. Lack of amenities in room as well. Did not feel 5 stars. There was mold in the corners of the shower and our towels had a couple of stains.
