We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sofitel. We initially had a problem with our room at check in and were having trouble closing our door meaning we couldn’t leave the room unattended/rest as we wanted. However, the issue was resolved promptly. We felt the hotel was clean, the staff were very warm and professional. In addition, the breakfast was outstanding and all staff at the buffet were extremely attentive. We only wish we could have stayed long we to enjoy it. For reference, we were 2 adults and 2 children.
