The Space:

Elevated above the ground, this Queenslander offers a bright, easy and welcoming feel, well-suited to the tropical setting. The living area is designed for downtime, with a comfortable lounge setting, TV and a calm, uncluttered feel.



The kitchen is designed for easy gathering, with a generous island bench creating a relaxed spot for quick bites and conversation. Fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, fridge and Nespresso machine, it caters effortlessly to both morning routines and shared meals. The dining area sits just beyond, while the private deck offers a leafy outdoor escape—perfect for a slow coffee or winding down at the end of the day.



There are three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, each offering a comfortable place to unwind. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite, along with a bay window seat that invites quiet moments in soft natural light. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two king single beds. A double-size sofa bed in the living area can also be prepared on request for an additional fee, adding flexibility to your stay. The main bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a clean, modern finish, complemented by an additional powder room for added convenience.



A full laundry with a washer, dryer, sink and storage makes longer stays easy, while thoughtful extras such as Wi-Fi, board games and children’s books add to the home’s practical, family-friendly appeal. Year-round comfort is ensured with split-system air conditioning and heating throughout the living area and all bedrooms. Covered parking beneath the home provides space for two vehicles.



Please note that the home is accessed via stairs only, and the enclosed shed storage is not available for guest use.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Positioned in a well-connected pocket of Cairns North, you are just a short stroll from the Cairns Esplanade, where waterfront walking paths, shaded parklands and outdoor fitness areas create an easy, active daily rhythm. Within walking distance, explore local favourites like Cock & Bull for relaxed pub meals, FINN FINN for a more elevated dining experience, Harbourside Bar & Kitchen for breezy waterfront drinks and bites, and Poemphun Thai for casual, flavour-packed dinners. Sheridan Street is just a short walk away, providing easy access to public transport, while Cairns Hospital is also close by. A six-minute drive brings you into the CBD to explore museums, galleries, the Night Markets, Rusty’s Markets and the waterfront lagoon. The Cairns Botanic Gardens are just four minutes away, and Cairns Airport can be reached in around five minutes, making travel seamless.



Getting Around:

Parking: There are two free parking spots available in the driveway. There is also free street parking.



Airport: 5 minutes by car, or 21 minutes by bus (including a 5-minute walk).



Public Transport: 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.

The sofa bed can be set up upon request, with a $30 fee for linen and setup.
