With an overgrown food garden and a second story balcony, guests can relax in the tranquil atmosphere of this property. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with hot water showers and skylights for an added experience.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood but it is central to all of the things any traveler might need. The house is equipped with parking spaces but a car is not required in this prime location. This home is just a short 3 minute walk from supermarkets and restaurants and a 5 min walk to the beach (Playa Cocles).
