Soggiorno a cagnes sul mer

L'appart'è è la dependance dell'hotel Aeva, entrambe mi sono sembrate trascurate e bisognose di un incisivo rinnovo,la mia camera poi era veramente imbucata in un angolo buio del giardino al piano terra a cui si accedeva attraverso un piano seminterrato piccolissimo con doppia porta veramente scomodo. Appartamento appena sufficiente,con poca luce, water in una stanzetta staccata dal bagno e naturalmente niente bidè,ma questo in Francia è abbastanza comune. Pulizia buona,anche se il vetro che dava sul terrazzino e il terrazzino stesso non venivano puliti da un bel pò. Il giardino poco curato come quello dell' hotel. Posizione molto buona a un passo dal mare.

Bästa läge till rimligt pris

Bokat studio i 2 veckor. Fick studio 15 ren katastrof med trasigt kitchinette norrläge ut mot bakgård/parkering. Minimala uteplatsen obrukbar. Dock enormt badrum. Var beredda lämna efter en dag men Manuel i receptionen insåg och var väldigt behjälplig. Fick ny studio 38. Mindre än förra men trevlig och allt fungerade dessutom riktig balkong mot havet. Löste sig alltså proffsigt och perfekt . Generellt trevligt och modernt dock väldigt trångt i trapphuset utan hiss menmed bästa läge och till vettigt pris. Irriterande att ideligen behöva koppla upp sig till fö bra fungerade Wi-FI. Kitchinette var litet och tex brödkniv skärbräda mm saknades likaså diskmedel som kunde köpas till för 7 euro. Inhandlades betydligt billigare i Spar butiken Av Kennedy. Rekomrnderar stället men viktigt få "rätt" studio. Likaså att kolla igenom köksutrustningen mot utrustningslistan vid incheckning . På bägge stufionerna saknades prylar vilket påpekades för att slippa etsättta dessa. .

Just amazing

It is an amazing hotel, they provided us a very nice room, with a fantastic sea view. Surrounding was nice, and we had car to easily go to nice. Staffs are so nice and friendly. We will definitely come back one day!

Appart hotel convenable mais restaurant à fuir

La chambre était correcte, bien qu'étroite et il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur pour arriver au 5ème étage ! Ce n'était pas très propre (beaucoup de calcaire dans la salle de bain et des meubles parfois bien abîmés. Il est regrettable qu'il n'y ai pas une dosette de café soluble ou un sachet de thé (minimum auquel on s'attend dans un appart hôtel). Au titre des échantillons de salle de bain, on a un mini savon et un mini gel douche, ne comptez pas sur une dose de shampoing ou d'après shampoing ! Le resto c'est une vaste blague. 21 euros un wok aux crevettes qui est composé de pates chinoises, de crevettes pleines d'eau mal décongelées, et ... de beaucoup, beaucoup d'oignons et de poivrons en guise de légumes sautées. Je ne suisz pas difficile mais là c'était vraiment écoeurant. Voulant un dessert pour changer du gout des poivrons je demande s'ils sont maison, on me répond oui et on m'amène un dessert réchauffé au micro-onde, un dessert industriel (clafoutis en l’occurrence) qu'en tant que distributeur je propose à mes clients... On se fout de nous !!!! A éviter ! Le petit déjeuner était à l'image du diner. Je ne m'étendrai pas plus longuement Un vrai attrape touriste même en semaine et en hiver, je n'imagine même pas ce que cela peut donner en été.

Hôtel bien situé et proche plage

Séjour loisirs de 4 nuits pour explorer la région. Bel hôtel, bien situé et récemment mis au goût du jour. Les grands axes sont assez proches et les lieux de balades à 30 mn à la ronde maximum. La chambre est toutefois un peu petite, les accessoires cuisines sont limités et la salle d'eau n'est pas très pratique mais cela convient pour un court séjour.

Beach side hotel with excellent facilities

Well, we got a free upgrade to a suite straight away. The facilities were excellent, the staff spoke good English. There were very few complaints from our party - apart from we hadn't booked a longer stay!! The only word of warning would come over the prices - 8 Euros for a pint in the bar was a bit of an ouch moment - but the other positives more than outweighed that issue.

Födelsedagsfirande i Haut-de-Cagnes

Långhelg i Cagnes-sur-Mer för att fira en familjemedlem som fyllde jämnt. Släkt och vänner utspridda på olika hotell, de flesta dock på Aeva. Läget är utmärkt, mycket nära till bad, många (bra) krogar och barer, ganska nära till tågstationen och till flygplatsen. Personalen på hotellet är trevlig och hjälpsam, rummet i ovanligt bra skick (för att vara i Frankrike), om än med någon skavank. Balkongen med utsikt mot havet utmärkt. Frukosten kanske inte riktigt värd 12EUR (men vilken frukost är det?), men det som fanns var nybakat och fräscht, kunde bara funnits lite mer att välja på. Inga problem att uppgradera sitt kaffe och snabb respons om man önskade/frågade något. Baren och restauranten fullt tillräckliga, om än aningen under högsta klass. Mycket nöjda med vistelsen, hit åker vi tillbaka.

Modern room with kitchenette right by promenade

I reserved a single nite at the Appart'e hotel, which is part of the same property as Aeva. I ended up extending my reservation to 6 nights spread over a little over 10 days. The main reason I stayed longer (instead of trying other options in the area) is that I appreciated the convenience of the kitchenette room, the modern decor and bathroom, and services of the hotel, all located right by the Cagnes promenade. I ate at the restaurant one night and enjoyed the meal, and especially the friendly service. (I also had a wine after lunch and just sat on the roofdeck taking in the view--definitely worth it even if you didn't stay here.) I usually don't make many requests on the front desk, but they handled the ones I did make with a smile. (Though they didn't initially know where to do my laundry on a Sunday, but did point me in the right direction.) I stayed in 3 different rooms, all with similar prices and all with varying sizes and angles of view. (It was a trade-off: the smallest room was too cramped but it had by far the best balcony view, in my opinion. The spacious top floor room had virtually no view.) Most have at least a sliver of sea view (the property is behind the Aeva, which likely has full views). But I would caution that if sea views are very important you may want to look at a few rooms--provided a choice is available. I stayed in the off-season (Feb) and they seemed reasonably busy and popular. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would willingly return.

Bonsoir, Petite chambre, 3ème étage, pas d'ascenceur, odeur de cigarette, moisissures dans la douche,porte-savon rouillé,taches sur coussins du lit...bref, pas très propre tout cela ! En revanche, accueil sympathique et personnel serviable. Donc petits investissements à faire pour propreté et confort et tout ira mieux !

J'attendais plus pour ce prix

Propre mais... odeur tuyauterie, un appartement : non c'est une chambre aménagée rien de plus. Sinon très bon accueil et le prix est vraiment élevée à une centaine d'euros la nuit. Bref moitié prix voire à peine plus OK sinon je ne conseille pas.
