The flat is ideally located in Caen, in a very pleasant environment within a residential area. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market and the Lux cinema (50 m away).

Classified as a Town of Art and History, despite the bombardments of June 1944 the town has managed to preserve its architectural heritage.
