The flat has a bright patio where you can relax with a drink after a good day at the beach. It is a property without stairs so it is fully accessible for people with reduced mobility. It is located in an old fisherman's house renovated down to the last detail, in the heart of the old quarter of Cadiz, in the famous district of La Viña, just 100m from the beautiful Caleta Beach.
Accommodation of 95m2 on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms with a very comfortable double bed each and capacity for up to 6 people thanks to the sofa-bed in the living-dining room. It also has a kitchenette, two bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. The decoration of the whole house makes it unique.
Don't worry about the sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made and you will find the linen for the sofa-bed when you arrive. In the flat you will also find iron for your clothes, cot and cot linen (if you let us know in advance) and hoover.

La casa es cómoda, muy útil los dos baños cuando no vas con familia, la situación excelente, cerca del centro y del mar. Pegas ? Lo difícil de aparcar en las calles. Por suerte hay un parking cerca, aunque a veces está lleno. Había un olor muy extraño y fuerte en la casa que no pudimos quitar ni dejando abiertas las ventanas. Y una obra gorda justo enfrente trabajando de 8 a 18 h. Lo demás, un 10.
