The Duplex La VIDA Breve is located in a historic 19th century estate, where the composer Manuel de Falla lived and which has been completely rehabilitated in 2023, preserving original details with a special charm.
It is excellently located in the middle of Calle Ancha de Cádiz, one of the most important commercial streets in the city, a step away from Plaza San Antonio and Plaza del Palillero, the nerve centers of Cadiz life.
The apartment has capacity for 6 people thanks to its comfortable sofa bed located in the living room. You will get as much disconnection as possible thanks to its community chill out located on the top floor of the building.
It has a quality WiFi connection with which you can make calls over the Internet since coverage could be limited depending on the room and your telephone operator.
The duplex has a living-dining room, a beautiful kitchen equipped with an oven and a dishwasher, two bedrooms with very comfortable beds and two bathrooms.
Do not worry about bringing a hair dryer, iron, sheets or towels because you will find them upon arrival. Even if you come for more than a week, we will leave extra sheets and towels in the bedroom closet.

Heart of Cadiz
My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay in Cadiz. Great location and in the heart of all the action but once you step inside, it’s very quiet. We also walked to the beach. Would recommend this place :).
