Outside : With a private access road, an automated gate overlooking a parking with closed garage all privately. It is composed at the entrance of a patio with BBQ mobile gas. Coté Lubéron and Ste Victoire it offers a panoramic view of a large terrace, on the one hand of 10 m2 covered and on the other hand of 12 m2 with a folding blind, overlooking a green garden surrounded by a mixed hedge composed of endemic plants useful for garden birds equipped with quality garden furniture, housing a swimming pool see photos for dimensions, exposed to the sun 12 hours a day with night illumination, a bowling alley.
