Fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. Located within easy walking distance of shops, cafes and supermarket, plus a Roman ruin to visit just across the road! Staff were lovely and very accommodating. There is a tram stop about ten mins walk away, but you can easily walk into town as well - very flat city. J’adore!

Staff is great and very helpful with directions and recommendations. Housekeeping had a habit of turning on the towel heater to 29 C and leaving it on all day with the door closed. Also not great with masking sure bath supplies were stocked. But would definitely stay there again. Clean, quiet, friendly, great location, and breakfast.

What a fantastic boutique hotel experience this was! The staff was immensely, courteous, and capable with great suggestions on how to get around and where to go. Excellent location 10 to 15 minute walk to main shopping and eating areas. Access to tram system only a few minutes away Hotel clean and tidy would recommend booking car parking as they is limited spaces. Breakfast was good with a variety of fresh items bread, croissants,meats and cheeses etc
