This is a five-star property, with the type of service that goes with that. The rooms are lavishly appointed, and the location is in the heart of old Caceres, so you're within an easy walk of what the city has to offer. If you're driving, parking is actually under another hotel a few confusing streets away, so have your phone maps app out and ready.

Just beautiful

This hotel is new and we had a great room, all clean and with great taste. Reception staff was beyond nice and helped with everything. Spa area also very comfy for it s size. We really had a great stay here, it s superb that they have resonably priced caviar in their mini bar. The only place to stay is this one.

In this super new hotel, they preserved the essence of the old palace and combined it with a state of the art lodging, amenities and style. High quality and solid materials are used. We felt that the cocktail bar in the garden offers modern, very good drinks reasonably priced. We stayed two nights but would have liked to stayed longer. The king sized bed is comfy as it gets. 10/10 over all.

El hotel es increíble! Muy bien localizado, y el personal es encantador. Sobretodo los chicos del desayuno, súper amables! El desayuno está muy bien, y el restaurante muy bien puesto! El roof top es lindo y divertido! Las habitaciones insonorizadas, muy amplias y muy bien decoradas y cómodas! La regadera es deliciosa, con mucha presión de agua. Las habitaciones son amplias y agradables pero el lavatorio no tiene espacio para nada, no un cepillo! El lavabo tiene calentador y jato de agua que no funcionaba. El desayuno muy desordenado y servicio muy lento para el café y huevos. Fue mi primera vez en este hotel en Cáceres porque es nuevo pero no pienso en regresarme a este.
