Nous avons adoré l'appartement, l'emplacement !Très belle vue sur le front de mer. ...Appartement tres agréable, tres bien décoré. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner régulièrement !

Il faut changer la literie et le linge de lit! Stores fenêtres en mauvais état également. Réfrigérateur et machine à laver vieillissants. Le reste est ok!

Des points forts et des améliorations nécessaires

Excellent emplacement et immeuble de qualité. L'appartement est la réunion un peu n'importe comment (deux cuisines !) d'un studio et d'un deux pièces, il est donc de bonne taille. L'ameublement est hasardeux, la robinetterie plus que vétuste, l'aménagement des salles de bains pourrait être revu une fois tous les 50 ans et l'entretien régulier plus attentif ( 6 spots salles de bains /12 hors service ) Nous n'avons pu bénéficier du parking annoncé, faute de clé du box ! Le reste est super ....

L'appartement inoccupé depuis plus d'un mois n'a pas été vérifié avant notre arrivée . Lumière très défectueuse dans les salles de bains : plafonniers et la moitié des spots en panne . Pas de Lni de cocotte ni de couteau à pain ; grille pain antique . Pas de sac poubelle dans la poubelle à notre arrivée . Le compartiment à lessive du lave vaisselle ne s'ouvre pas durant le cycle ,donc vaisselle pas lavée . Dommage car l'appartement est très bien situé .

Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig direkt am Stand und der sehr schönen Standpromenade. Die Wohnung ist etwas lieblos eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlen einige normale Gegenstzände (keine Deckel für Töpfe, keine normale Kaffeemaschine nur eine verschmutze Kapselmaschine, keine Glaskanne für Tee zu kochen). Von innen war die Wohnung nicht abschließbar.

Manque un rideau de douche,tapis de bain. Dans la cuisine beaucoup de portes sans poignées même le réfrigérateur et absence totale sel,poivre etc.... Les vitres sales. La serrure de la porte d'entrée accroche a l’intérieur et nous n'avons pas eu de clé pour la porte du garage qui a pourtant une serrure
