Appartement pour 2 personnes avec terrasse et vue sur mer.Situation intéressante, proche de la plage, belle promenade Marcel Proust où les piétons peuvent marcher sans risque de se faire renverser par les 2 roues. Possibilité d'aller au centre (1/4h); grandes surfaces à 10 min en voiture. Dives-sur-Mer à 10 min et Houlgate à 15 min en voiture. Plage réservée aux chiens à 20 min à pied ou 5 min "en portant" le (petit) chien sur la (grande) plage découverte à marée basse...Le propriétaire est très aimable et prévenant.Excellente expérience.

Quel dommage suite à mes problèmes de santé de n'avoir pas pu profiter pleinement de cette magnifique location dans une résidence calme et bien entretenue. Rien ne manque dans cette location, la description sur le site correspond à 100%, la plage est à 5 minutes et le centre-ville à 15 à minutes à pied. C'est certain, nous y reviendrons

Nous avons été remarquablement accueillis par l'hôte et son épouse, qui se sont coupés en quatre, à l'arrivée comme au départ, pour nous aider à nous installer puis à repartir, le parking étant à une certaine distance de l'entrée de l'immeuble. L'appartement est petit mais très bien agencé, très propre et au calme. La plage est accessible à 5 minutes à pied.

Excellent séjour dans l’appartement de Xavier. La vue du balcon est superbe, l’appartement est très bien agencé et rien ne manque; la propreté est remarquable et il est très bien placé . Les contacts avec Xavier sont vraiment faciles, il répond rapidement aux messages et se rend disponible si vous avez un problème. Nous n’avons qu’un regret : ne pas y avoir passé plus de temps.

Très bel endroit

L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Propre, bien agencé, confortable, bonne literie, dans une résidence calme à quelques pas de la promenade et de la plage. Le balcon représente vraiment un plus.Très bon accueil de la part de Xavier.Je recommande vivement.
