The staff was exceptional. Our luggage was lost in transit, and they provided us with essential supplies to accomodate. Also the family lounge had fresh bakery and snacks for kids and a variety of premium liquor for adults. However, the room had a leaking AC and instead of fixing it, they just put the rug on the floor where it was dripping. The kids also saw a cocorach in the bathroom, we told them you have to be understanding of nature when you live among it. And, the kids' robes were too small for kids; looked like they were made for a 2 year old. Other than that, the food was great, and the stay was enjoyable.

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The food at the buffet was good and had a decent variety each day. The biggest downside is that they did not replenish the buffet as much as needed. At dinner, the main protein was out and my husband asked how long it would be to bring more. The woman behind the counter seemed agitated and told him 5 minutes. He decided to wait and a few minutes later another person asked how long and the woman told them 10 minutes. My husband ended up getting something else, but it just seems the buffet was not being managed well that night. The rest of our trip it was fine and the specialty restaurants are even better! The beach is tranquil with soft sand and gentle waves. The spa was incredibly relaxing and I had a fantastic massage followed by the dry and wet saunas. We took a taxi to Tamarindo (30 minutes) so my husband could surf. It is a cute town and very safe. Definitely recommend checking it out. Overall we were very impressed with the resort and would definitely return.

Fantastic vacation at the Westin. We loved our walks on the beach. The pool was relaxing and the staff was entertaining. Everything that you want from a all- inclusive resort on the beach. We loved our time! Shout out to our favorite staff member in the activities section Bryan!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at The Westin Reserva Conchal for our honeymoon, and everything about our experience was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and celebrated. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! The food was amazing — every restaurant we tried offered delicious options, and the service was consistently top-notch. The resort itself is stunning and beautifully maintained; the lush grounds, spacious rooms, and breathtaking views made it feel like a private paradise. There’s so much to do here — it truly feels like its own little city. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, exploring the beach, or taking part in the many activities offered, we were never bored. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our honeymoon. We’re already talking about when we can come back — The Westin Reserva Conchal will definitely be our go-to spot for future vacations!

We stayed at the resort at the end of September. Despite worries about rain ruining our vacation it was beautiful. THe pool is nice and the beach is amazing. Some of the restaurants were good some were ok. In some cases the staff seemed over worked like the pizza cook and in other cases they didn't have much to do. More detail could have been paid to a few things. Overall a very nice vacation. The serving staff at the pool and the snack bars were really great. We had one terrible dinner (Italian) the staff messed up every thing, and the food was terrible. The Asian food was pretty good. My family enjoyed themselves and would probably return although I am not sure I would go to an all inclusive again. This was my second time and I'm just not sure the value is there.

I was just there in September 2025. The property was very nice and convenient with their shuttle buses that take you around the property grounds. The food at the restaurants were very good as well as the drinks. I was a little disappointed with the waiter service as they were a bit slow with providing coffee during several breakfast meals. Other than the hit or miss service, I would still recommend this resort for their beach and pools. I especially liked the upgraded Club access with their own private lounge and snacks and drinks stations.

The property is beautiful, the scenery and the beach at walking distance is the most beautiful beach I have seen. The rooms are clean, the staff were friendly and so welcoming. Costa Rica really is Pura Vida, the country and the people.
