Beautiful property, nice large rooms. Sofa in room could use a refresh the cushions have seen better days. Most of staff are wonderful, friendly and get you what ever you need. The buffet restaurant breakfast could be better. The Topas restaurant was the best food and nice sunset. Check in was a little cumbersome, check out was a breeze. Would stay again.

We had received wonderful reviews from family and friends about the Westin Reserva Conchal resort in Costa Rica. We decided to spend 8 days at this resort for our honeymoon. Our first night was in a room with 2 full size beds and we had reserved a king bed. The second day, they moved us into our King room. Both were large and beautiful. Staff was very accommodating. We were able to walk comfortably to the pool, food court, restaurants and the beach area. There was always access to drivers with large golf carts for transportation on the resort. We used them several times. We felt like we were in a luxury jungle! There were Howler monkeys in the trees and lizards on the ground. The pool was clean and large. The restaurants offered a variety of different foods. The beach was clean, long, wide and beautiful! We had 4 relaxing massages on the beach from Sammy. (I would highly recommend you check out the BLUE TENT!) We scheduled several private excursions with ERIK. If there is anything you want to see or do in Costa Rica, contact Erik-he was the best! Our honeymoon trip to Costa Rica was fun and exciting, relaxing and also very educational. All in all it was one of our favorite adventures! Kevin & Michelle Evans

This is our second stay at the Westin resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My husband golfed one day and I rode in the cart. The course is beautiful and well maintained. We tried a few specialty restaurants. Our favourite was the Italian. Pizza by the pool was very tasty. Staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed trying our Spanish out with everyone which was quite entertaining. The check-in process was the only downside we experienced. We had to change rooms three times because we had been told we would have a room overlooking the golf course but the first two times, they did not. A minor inconvenience overall.

Good property, especially the adults only section. Food and entertainment was good. The negatives - there were too many golf carts going up and down the main pathways, it was very hard to walk without having to step aside multiple times. Also there were lines at the restaurants at night - not great.

Had an amazing week at the Westin! We stayed in the Club level and it was definitely worth the extra money. We had a separate club with drinks and amenities. A separate pool with comfy chairs (and there was always a spot), club concierges that knew our name from day 1 and a separate restaurant for breakfast and lunch and premium liquors. The other restaurants were nice, easy to walk to and required no reservation. We only waited for a table once. There were lots of animals to see- monkeys, iguanas, catos, birds and the beach was right there. The only negative was the beach amenities. The beach area was run by a vendor so not the same level of service. You had to ask if you wanted a chair and bring your own towel. There was no food/drink service. To rent a kayak you had to haul it to/from the beach which was quite challenging. To access the beach you had to go through many vendors selling their services. The massages are legit though. We tried the green and yellow tents and would definitely recommend Gabbi and the yellow tent.
