Stayed 6nights in the club room and it was worth the upgrade. Property and rooms were beautiful, hot water all the time ++, the premium liquor was top shelf the staff/bartenders were overly generous w their pours. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. They didn’t skip a beat. I travel regularly out the country and have stayed at plenty of all inclusive resorts and the Westin Resera was excellent, they did not disappoint. The beach was beautiful, no seaweed in sight, a lot of complimentary activities. It was a very chill, relaxing vacation and exactly what I was looking for to celebrate a bday w adult family. I would 100% recommend this resort for both families and adults as the adult amenities were very separate very much enjoyed.

The property is huge! The Bamboo restaurant has a long wait time and long wait for service. I don’t recommend.

This place is amazing! I’ve been to several all-inclusives in different countries and this one is top notch. The food is excellent, the service is outstanding, rooms are exceptional (I stayed at the Westin Club) and the entertainment was memorable. Highly recommend: 10/10!!!

Beautiful property, nice large rooms. Sofa in room could use a refresh the cushions have seen better days. Most of staff are wonderful, friendly and get you what ever you need. The buffet restaurant breakfast could be better. The Topas restaurant was the best food and nice sunset. Check in was a little cumbersome, check out was a breeze. Would stay again.
