Villa Gracia is a beautiful, well appointed home located in the private gated community of Punta Ballena, which is home to the world famous Esperanza Resort. Beautifully framed archways of rich woods combined with marble floors, neutral tones and rich red and brown accents give a classic yet contemporary feel to this home. It is old world Mexico combined with modern day amenities which include your private putting green.

Spacious indoor living areas make this villa very comfortable for 3 or more couples. Three out of the 4 bedrooms in the main house have ocean views. The lower master has a private plunge pool just steps from your king size bed and a private seating area.  This room also is just off of the large private putting green area, making this home a self contained paradise.

Beautiful property

The property is just as listed and even better in person. We had 2 families with 5 adult children and there was plenty of space for everyone. The outside deck and pool are great and the chipping/putting green was a bonus and lots of fun. Having the golf cart available is also great as we were attending wedding events at the Esperanza Resort so this made it very easy. We had a few issues though with taxi and Uber drivers being able to find the house but figured it out. I would also say that the house is incredible but definitely in need of a few repairs (clogged drain in the shower, some doors that wouldn't close all the way, air conditioning not working in one of the bedrooms) - nothing major and all of which we reported to the management company. When it gets closer to your arrival dates the management company will contact you and take care of everything you need for arrival - they were great and made things super easy. All in all a great house, great experience.
