Hotel rooms are well kept by their housekeeper but rooms lacked sufficient lighting, furniture was broken yet kept in the room as serviceable. It’s as if the owner is in the middle of selling the hotel to a developer and therefore refuses to put money into it. The website doesn’t accurately depict the decrepit condition of the hotel.

No hot water

The hotel is in a great location and seemed somewhat clean however, I did not have water hot water for two days. The toilet seat was broken when we arrived. I asked it to be fixed which they did. They also claim to have fixed the hot water, but it was not fixed. We ended up switching rooms For the last two nights.

This property is in a great location you can walk everywhere but the installations are very old and they don’t maintain it. The pool was cold and dirty, the rooms dusty and the bathroom super small and bad condition. I will not give them even one star, I do t know how Expedia promote this place.

The hotel staff were excellent. The room was small but use of space was sufficient. The location was perfect. Walk to downtown and the marina. Two things that need to be changed is a TV in every room and replace the mattress in Room 20

Handy for a quick stay downtown.

I don’t think it had internet but there was no one to ask. Nobody at service desk and that’s why it’s inexpensive. Water temp fluctuations during shower is often.

DO NOT STAY HERE.... The Good News: The owner called me multiple times as she had some trouble with her local management. She was very nice and always trying to be helpful. The local manager was pleasant as well. The Bad news: Even though I notified them multiple times about our arrival time, the front door was locked and no one was there at 6 PM. We waited outside about 45 minutes with several calls from the owner that the manager would be there any minute....Finally, we left for dinner without getting in...I went back and he had gotten there. He also was very pleasant but late....I had paid for an upgrade but with him there so late, we stayed on our assigned room - no offer of partial refund or anything....I then went to take a shower and there was no hot water - and it was cold outside. Then, as we had gotten in late, my daughter tried to sleep late. She had put a Do Not Disturb sign on the door - the maids did not read it and woke her up anyway about 8:30 AM -
