BajaSur Beach is ~2 mi out of Cabo center and among several apt buildings across from Rui, an all-inclusive resort. The building and VR are safe (with 24/7 security), clean, quiet, and well-stocked. Parking spot is well marked and free. Most apt were occupied by vacationers. But all were in good behaviour. We tried the roof-top pool among 7PM ~Dec. 20. The wind is bit chilly, so was the water. we did not swim. Instead we enjoyed the great view 360.
When we arrived WIFI was broken. Our TMobil essential package is horrible. msg could be received, but hard to send. Phone did work. We, as well as our hosts Ana/Renato, resolved these early difficulty and confusion. WIFI was fixed the next day. It was quite difficult the first day. But the effort by the hosts is regarded, and everything went smoothly afterwards. Thinks happen
The road among the area is in need of repair, so are many other areas just outside of town centre. The locals seem building great apt but lousy roads, esp those for sharing. It could get muddy when it rains, and dusty when sun shines.
