Um local excelente para estadia, os ventiladores são muito bons, o Sr Manoel recebe agente muito bem, a localização é ótima fica perto da praia e quiosques, os vizinhos são ótimos tmb não tem muito barulho, da pra ir a pé a praia do forte.

Localização privilegiada

O imóvel tem um benefício de estar super bem localizado. No entanto, falta algum investimento e manutenção do proprietário. Colchões estavam num estado de calamidade. O que está descrito como "quartinho" com "camas" não tem condição de uso, tivemos que pedir para colocar os colchões pra fora do apartamento de tão mofados e empoeirados. Na realidade só cabem 4 pessoas confortavelmente instaladas, não existe condição de acomodar mais pessoas com os recursos do apartamento. Ao chegar no apartamento, no primeiro dia, tivemos problema com a descarga do banheiro e com o chuveiro (apenas um deles é quente e estragou no primeiro dia), o que foi resolvido pelo zelador do prédio. As hélices dos ventiladores estão muito sujas, bem como as almofadas do estabelecimento. Utensílios domésticos muito antigos, mas em condições de uso. No entanto se quiser cozinhar com as facas de lá, faça um exercício de paciência... Para nós, isso não foi problema, mas para quem gosta de assistir tv, o televisor é muito menor que anunciado no site, deve ter umas 19 polegadas.

A localidade é boa mais todos os ventiladores estão no mínimo não aumenta a velocidade e como está muito calor foi terrível tive que comprar um ventilador

Estive lá durante essa semana e amei. Tudo limpinho e arrumado. Marilza e Marcus foram super atenciosos e nossa estadia foi ótima. As telas das janelas foram recém trocadas e a TV também. Tudo de bom, vou voltar sempre. Indico para todos!
