We stayed in one of the recently renovated rooms it was done very well and very comfortable the bathroom was spacious and the room was spotless. The reception lady was welcoming and helpful . We had an overnight stay and could walk to nearby restaurants for dinner. Overall very pleased with the accomodation

Staff at the reception were very nice and welcoming. Even though this is a simple hotel, it is very clean and tidy and close to the main shopping and dining precincts in town. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Ballina.
