Staff were courteous, very attentive and helpful. Nice restaurants and good food, and good pools. The room however was dated. Unfortunately, we were allocated to a room with bath tub with paints that keep peeling off after each shower. Large pieces of paints were floating and clogging the drain after each shower. Each time we called to address this issue, we get new paint applied to the bath tub but each time we showered after that, the paint came off again - which was unpleasant and frustrating. After calling about 5 times, we finally got assigned a different room. The 2nd room's bath tub was better (at least no peeling paints) but air cond controller was fault (when set to Low - it basically switches it off. When set to Medium - it went on full blast air blowing over our bed), wardrobe door was hinge was broken, door keeps opening itself as it couldnt hook onto the hinge when closed, and conditioner bottle pump was faulty. It would have been a pleasant stay if we didnt have issues with our room. We do hope Ayodya management would look to review and renovate some of these rooms We do however appreciate the staff's excellent customer services - they did their best to help us.

Whole experience was perfect - staff were so friendly, polite and so helpful .room was perfect , food fantastic . I can not fault anything . We had a superb time and will be back ! Thank you Conrad Bali
