Os funcionários Muito prestativos e atenciosos, Porém o quarto tinha um enorme vazamento no teto Que chegou até a molhar dentro do guarda roupa ,são 24 quartos e eles tem somente 6 vagas para estacionar. O café tem poucas opções.

Excelente estadia

Achei ótimo de forma geral, funcionários atenciosos e solícitos. Única coisa que me deixou insatisfeita foi o fato de o banheiro ser super pequeno e a água ou era super quente ou extremamente gelada, não tinha um meio termo. E o café da manhã que poderia ter mais opções, é bem limitado.

Ficamos na pousada tartaruga por dois dias, e adoramos a pousada, assim que chegamos no quarto sentimos o cheirinho de limpeza e organização, tinha uma baratinha mas parecia ter entrado a pouco devido a janela aberta. O Cafe da manhã atende bem porém é bem simples poderia ter mais opções, mas nada que prejudique a estadia. Piscina excelente e localizado ótima também. Atendimento de todos os funcionários foi ótimo, principalmente do Oto. Recomendo muito a pousada e com certeza voltaremos.

Bom mas tem que melhorar

Eu gostei do hotel mas nao foi um dos meus melhores e nao sei se eu voltaria, mais pelo ambiente do que pelo atendimento e conforto..os funcionários fizeram de tudo para serem legais comigo, super gentis e atenciosos.. mas entrou um pessoal em uma sexta feira super mal educado que ficava gritando, e umas crianças gritando desesperadamente..os funcionários tentaram conter os barulhos, pediam silencio e simplesmente essas pessoas nao paravam..eram os pais, os filhos gritando o tempo inteiro. Precisei trocar de quarto, logo apos a troca de quarto os mesmos foram a minha porta gritar. Foram 3 dias super incomodada, e com enxaqueca.. Sei que nao é culpa do hotel mas foi bem desagradável para mim e nao sei se eu voltaria.. esse seria meu único ponto, o resto eu curti o hotel..achei bom, mas poderia ter sido melhor a experiência.. Por exemplo teve um dia que teve uma invasao de varias formigas no meu apartamento, umas 30 formigas entraram de uma vez, e naquela epoca eu ja quis trocar de quarto e ai eles falaram que estava muito cheio e nao dava a troca e me deram SBP para matar as formigas..

Hotel simples, mas que já passou por uma modernização. Quarto espaçoso e limpo, banheiro renovado. Um pouco barulhento em virtude da proximidade da rua. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos. Café da manhã simples, mas a mim atendeu bem.

Boa pousada, a organização a tornaria excelente.

A pousada tem uma excelente localização e estrutura, os quartos são amplos, a piscina é ótima, entretanto, existem alguns pontos a melhorar, por exemplo, no check in não foram passadas algumas informações importantes, como do uso do estacionamento e necessidade de agendar a limpeza dos quartos, no primeiro dia os quartos não foram limpos e só fomos informados que era necessário manifestar o desejo de limpeza depois de questionar, no segundo dia, mesmo depois de solicitar a limpeza, ela só ocorreu depois que voltamos da praia, ficamos ausentes das 10h às 17h e informaram que não houve tempo para limpeza, não entendemos o que houve, mas esperamos na área externa até a limpeza ser realizada. Enfim, a desorganização é o principal aspecto a melhorar.

Oportunidades de melhoria- pousada voa tartaruga

Pousada e bem limpa e organizada, fomos recepecionado pelo Nicolas, que foi bem atencioso e transparente nas informações. A pousada nao possui serviços de alimentação ou bebidas, ficamos em quarto do primeiro piso onde tem cheiro muito forte de mofo. No mais esta tudo certo.
