Eu não gostei da minha estadia. Nós ficamos no pior quarto do hotel, era no último andar e tinha que subir umas escadarias danadas. O quarto era velho, com mobília velha, parecia que tinha sido abandonado no hotel. A fechadura da porta estava quase caindo, eu abria e fechava com todo cuidado, a pia do banheiro estava solta, não podia nem apoiar p/ não cair, senão iriam dizer que eu estraguei. Eu acho que o proprietário desse hotel deveria ter a descencia de reformar um quarto desses antes de aluga-lo a qualquer pessoa. Não é oq mostra nas fotos, pessoalmente é bem diferente. Eu paguei uma diária de $280 reais que facilmente pelas condições do quarto valeria no máximo $150. Não voltaria jamais e não recomendo a ninguém!!! Por fim, a única coisa que salvou foi o café da manhã, e o rapaz da recepção do primeiro dia que cheguei foi simpático.

Fiquei 4 dias e viajei sozinha. Pontos positivos: chuveiro excelente,; cama boa; wi-fi excelente, funcionários prestativos, simpáticos e atenciosos; café da manhã simples e gostoso. Pontos negativos: a pousada tinha um aspecto de falta de limpeza; o quarto que eu fiquei era feio, mobília e aspecto velhos (me causou má impressão logo que entrei, foi uma decepção o quarto que eu fiquei porque em nada era parecido com as fotos do site).

Péssimo

A pousada deixa muito a desejar em vários quesitos, como acessibilidade, são várias escadarias até chegar ao quarto, a pousada é cheia de infiltrações, em todas as paredes você vê as manchas, inclusive nos quartos e nas áreas comuns. O chão do quarto estava imundo, cheio de sujeira, o armário do banheiro quase caindo, banheiro com maçaneta quebrada e etc Fora que o quarto é um cubículo e a televisão parecia mais um monitor de tão pequena, e não tinha nem globo. Experiência bem ruim, lugar que eu não voltaria nunca mais. O café da manhã é até bom, mas nas fotos e Instagram parecia ter mais opções, mas o que tinha era gostoso. Não lembrei de tirar fotos, só do armário do banheiro pq foi o auge da falta de noção de vender um quarto neste estado.

Pousada fantástica e equipe incrível

Toda a vez que vou a Cabo Frio gosto de hospedar na pousada. A equipe sempre receptiva e acolhedora. Agradeço por atenderem às necessidades de chegar mais cedo e poder deixar as bagagens, o café da manhã delicioso e por me deixarem desta vez ficar em um quarto que gosto. A pousada fica próximo da praia, comércio e do bairro Passagem.

O check in e checkout foram tranquilos, a recepção foi boa. O hotel no geral precisa de pelo menos uma pintura. Tv, ar e Wi-Fi funcionam bem, a localização é boa, o café da manhã é bom/otimo. Recomendo mas deixo essa ressalva que o hotel precisa de reforma.
