Pousada linda, excelente varanda com uma vista deslumbrante, local super tranquilo, quarto espaçoso muito confortável. Nos andares superiores tem mais escadas, mas os quartos são muito mais privativos. Duas observações: No quarto 08 o chuveiro (solar) ficava apenas 2 minutos quente, depois era apenas banho frio, horrível; No café da manhã (bem servido) havia apenas 1 pessoa trabalhando, a reposição de alimentos e utensílios estava deficitária.

Has potential but my worst hotel experience ever!!

Access to be dropped off is horrible the Uber driver wrecked his car dropping me off because it’s only a one way elevated entrance and you have to reverse all the down!!! Check in process was a disaster they left a new person all alone had no idea what he was doing!!! He kept asking for a 4 digit pin code from Expedia!!!! Anyways he also ended up charging me twice for the room and it was a nightmare to deal with!!! Then got to the room and it was actually pretty nice until we looked and the floors were so dirty it was just nasty to walk around!!! Also we found 2 huge spiders in the room which was very scary and I couldn’t sleep just thinking about it!!! This hotel made my trip to buzios a nightmare!!!

Pousada bem localizada e próxima a praia, vista maravilhosa, quarto espaçoso, piscina limpa e agradável... Elogios para a funcionária do bar da piscina, Celeste, muito solícita e agradável bem como o recepcionista do turno da noite, diferente do diurno, que foi meio seco... O que deixou a desejar foi o café da manhã, muito fraco, com pouca variedade.... A presença constante de um gato no local onde serve o café da manhã e na área da piscina, deixando pelos no local e se tornando desagradável.... A sauna não estava funcionando e nada foi falado sobre...

Inaccurate advertising, uninterested hotel staff

We traveled as a couple but booked a triple room, as this room was depicted as spacious with wood beam ceilings and a balcony on Expedia's photos. It cost extra for the triple, but we wanted a beautiful, comfortable room. Upon check-in, the hotel staff led us to a very small standard double room. I looked back at the photo from the confirmation email, and showed the staff member. We waited for 20 minutes while he made calls, and tried to communicate with us via google translate. He then showed us a triple room, yet it had the same low ceilings and no balcony. He said the room we booked wasn't available. So, we went with the double room since it at least had a balcony. The staff member told us he would try to get a refund as the price for a standard double was significantly lower. He told us to wait in the room for his phone call. We waited for an hour in the room with no phone call, and finally decided to head out to enjoy our first day on vacation. When we passed the front desk it was a completely different person and he didn't know of our story. So we spent another hour explaining (again through google translate) and he offered us a 30 minute massage, which we didn't want. We just wanted a comfortable room for our stay. He said there was nothing they could do for us and to contact Expedia. The room was small, the bathroom was very beat up, the bed was not comfortable, and the air conditioning barely cooled the room. Needless to say, we wouldn't recommend this hotel.

A Pousada dispõe somente de poucas opções de alimentação nos casos em que o hóspede opta por permanecer na piscina. Também tivemos problemas operacionais com ar condicionado, o qual foi de qualquer forma corrigido tão logo houve disponibilidade de profissional, devido ao período de Natal.

Bom mas com falhas desnecessárias,poderia melhorar

TV com sinal analógico com chuviscos e ainda no segundo dia não tinha Globo e disseram que no dia seguinte resolveriam pois o setor de mauntenção não estava disponível, coisa que não deveria acontecer. Ar condicionado gelando muito pouco, e o ventilador de teto não funcionou, resumindo foi decepcionante pelo quarto e pela qualidade de serviço(resolver o problema da tv por exemplo), voltaria novamente apenas se for pela sauna, piscina e café da manhã que é pequeno mas com qualidade, apesar de eu achar que pão de queijo é imprescindiível, e não teve.

Muito bom!

Fiquei uma semana com minha esposa e tudo foi muito bom, minha única queixa é com relação a TV, sei que um local desses não é pra se ver TV, mas o pouco tempo que passava no quarto eu queria assistir algo e quando funcionava, haviam poucos canais disponíveis e metade do tempo que estava lá a mesma não funcionou.

Excelente Hotel - Vista Sensacional

Hotel muito bom, quarto confortável, espaçoso e limpo, tem uma incrível vista para o mar, alias esse é um ponto para se destacar, pois todo o hotel possui uma vista sensacional, passei uma semana de férias com minha noiva, gostamos demais, funcionários atenciosos e educados. A localização também é um ponto forte, perto das praias de João Fernandes e Azeda, é possível ir caminhando em ambas. Fica apenas 5 minutos de carro até o Centro (Rua das Pedras). Excelente custo benefício, recomendo a todos, voltarei outras vezes certamente!

Bom, mas pode melhorar

Pousada bonita e bem conservada, vista panorâmica deslumbrante para João Fernandes, café da manhã excelente, lazer agradável (piscina e sauna) e quartos muito bem arrumados, limpos e confortáveis (apesar de o banheiro ser apertado). Mas tem muito a melhorar no atendimento. A pousada pertence a um grupo argentino e boa parte dos funcionários é de argentinos - a maioria sequer fala português e é bastante áspera no trato com os hóspedes brasileiros (oops, estamos no Brasil, galera!). Não é bairrismo meu, que fique claro! Adoro os "hermanos" e já visitei a Argentina várias vezes, inclusive nessas férias. O check-in é muito tardio, às 3 da tarde, e não há o menor "jogo de cintura" por parte da pousada, nem 1 minuto antes. Os funcionários alegam que têm que esperar a liberação da central de reservas, que controla todas as pousadas do grupo. E aí é que mora o perigo: mesmo se você tiver reserva para a pousada, corre o risco de ser remanejado para outra, por falta de vaga (isso é muita incompetência!!!). Ainda bem que não passei por esse problema, pois acharia um absurdo ter que ficar numa pousada que não escolhi e num local que não escolhi, longe da praia ou do Centro. Um detalhe na Villa Mercedes: as suítes de números 1 a 4 são totalmente devassados, com a janela virada para um deque. É preciso ficar com as cortinas fechadas o tempo inteiro e com o ar-condicionado ligado. Todas as outras suítes têm varanda particular e privacidade.

Instalações e café da manhã excelentes, porém deixa muito a desejar no serviço de recepção , recados não são dados, recepcionistas falam somente espanhol e não entendem direito o português dentro do próprio país. Além de cobrança realizada antecipadamente sendo que no site do hoteis.com há a informação de que só seria realizada no momento do check out
