The breakfast and the team who made it was great! Yasmin and Jonathan were also very nice. The hotel needs more attention to the maintenance and cleaning. One bathroom had a filthy window and dirty bed covering. We made an upgrade and had to paid for it right away. At the checkout we’re charged again for the already paid upgrade (the receptionist didn’t mention it before we paid the final bill. We paid also for the drinks we didn’t have (although we told her we didn’t). The amount was more than twice as much of we had to pay!! There are plenty of other hotels in Buzius, next time we will book somewhere else. Than she had to call her boss to book our money back to the card and that took us more time to leave. It was very disappointing!

Búzios is beautiful. Priscilla and the girls at breakfast and Jonathan at the bar save the place. Cleanliness is low, different than Brazilian culture in general. Hotel in not kid or senior friendly at all.

O quarto estava impecavel, quando chegamos estava tocando uma musica leve, extremamente cheiroso, e nos deixaram entrar antes do horário normal de check-in. Muito espaçoso, ótimo para quem tem filhos, que é o nosso caso. Ainda tinha uma mini 'cozinha', com armários, pia e chaleira, sem fugao ou microondas. Só existe uma piscina, bem grande, porém com profundidade em toda ela de aproximadamente 1,40 sem aquecimento, então quem vai com filhos pequenos, é um ponto de atenção, minha filha que tem 6 anos, ficava na boia. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, tem cozinha, que funciona de 13:30 até 21:30, é possível pedir comida, snacks e bebidas. Também funciona super bem pedidos de ifood. O café da manhã é algo difícil de descrever de tão bom, e as meninas são hiper atensiosas, extremamente cuidadodas, fazem questão de colocar flores para decorar o ambiente, tudo muito limpo, gostoso, realmente elas estão de parabéns, um ótimo trabalho, muito bom mesmo. Não tem estacionamento, o carro fica na rua em frente ao hotel, porém é uma rua silenciosa, não vi nenhum problema.
