The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Pet fee: BRL 60 per pet, per night
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: 50 per cent of room rate for check-in between noon and 6:00 PM
• Credit card charges are subject to a surcharge of 10 per cent
• Facilities fee: BRL 50 per accommodation, per stay and includes use of: swimming pool

The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guest room reservation. This property accepts Visa, Mastercard, debit cards and cash.
Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions and guests can access their rooms with a mobile device. Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.

• At check-in, parents or a legal guardian travelling with children under 18 years old are obligated to present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with a photo (for example, a passport). For international travels to Brazil, if only one of the parents is travelling with the child, the parent must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorising the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. If the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorisation, a judicial authorisation is required. People intending to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate prior to travelling for more information.
• Pool access available from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• One child aged 3 years old or younger stays free in the same room as the parent or guardian when using existing bedding. Children may not be eligible for free breakfast.
