Não fiz uma boa escolha

A despeito da atenção dada pelo proprietário durante a negociação, o imóvel, pelo preço cobrado da diária, ficou muito aquém das minhas expectativas. Salvo pela excelente localização, pelo fato de ao menos um quarto dispor de ar condicionado e pela simpatia dos funcionários do edifício, o imóvel não estava limpo, é escuro e quente, a garagem é horrorosa, a piscina estava suja, não tem taças -- ainda que de vidro para beber um vinho, não há um tanque para lavar decentente uma tolha de praia. Assim, sugiro: a) não deixar esponjas sujas; b) lavar ou retirar aquele tapete da sala; c) colocar ar condicionado nos outros cômodos, pelo menos na sala ou dispor de mais ventiladores; d) retirar os colchonetes do chão a fim de evitar o acúmulo de poeira nos quartos; e) deixar itens de limpeza para que os hóspedes possam, se assim quiserem, fazer a limpeza do imóvel; f) disponibilizar sinal de Wi-Fi; g) trocar o lavatório por um tanque.

Excelente localização. Apto muito bem montado, completo, além das minhas expectativas, onde a limpeza, conforto, bom gosto e segurança são ítens que se destacam. O Sr. Carlos (proprietário) ê gentil e confiável. Os funcionários do condomínio muito educados e prestativos. Curti bastante o Carnaval/2017 junto com a minha família. Itaúna continua linda, cada dia mais....Voltaremos com certeza!

Boa localização, limpo, bem equipado (poderia ter um micro-ondas).

Já conhecia a cidade de Saquarema. Quando vi no site este imóvel disponível para alugar, tive a certeza que tinha encontrado o que eu procurava(mais pela localização). Entrei em contato com o proprietário, que me atendeu muito bem todas as vezes que foram necessárias. Fiquei muito satisfeita com o imóvel. Estava de acordo com o que eu necessitava e com o que ele, o proprietário, tinha me reportado. Também fui muito bem atendidas pelos porteiros e pela faxineira do prédio, que estavam sempre prontos a nos atender. Gostei muito da localização, do tamanho do imóvel (quartos e sala) e banheiros. Apartamento bem montado e equipado, faltando apenas, na minha opinião, um micro-ondas. Quero falar também que meus netos aproveitaram muito a piscina do prédio. Recomendo para meus amigos e familiares.
