Cozy Cottage in Uptown Butte

This cute cottage was built by a miner in 1896 and has great character. You and your guests will enjoy quiet comfort and expansive views when you stay at this centrally-located place while being within walking distance of all the great amenities in Uptown Butte.

The house is across the street from the Original Mine, the base of many summer festivals and events. Right out back is a paved trail that runs for miles and is great for walking, biking, and running.
The space
There are 2 bedrooms, one has a new memory foam Queen sized bed, closet, and dresser. A portable A/C unit fits in the window.

The second room is a bedroom office combo... it's up to you. There is a fold-out Murphy-type Queen sized bed with a memory foam mattress for those who want to use it as a bedroom or keep it folded up to utilize the room as an office space, desk provided. Lots of easy flexibility!
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire property including the use of the small shed for long-term guests. The large storage garage is for owner storage and is not accessible.
Other things to note
The yard is fully fenced in for the protection of your furry friends.
Access to the home is by keypad.
