This hotel was great. We loved the Christmas display on the front of the hotel and inside. George greeted us and was so helpful parking our car and bringing our suitcases to the room. If I could give it a million stars I would! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this Marriott in Bucharest. The staff were so kind so accommodating the hotel was breathtaking the beautiful. We stayed in an executive suite and we got the best of service. Thank you so much to the staff here at JW Marriott, You did an awesome job.

Luxurious hotel with great service. A little bit away from the centre of the city but walking is possible and Ubers are also very convenient. Special mention to Marcel who helped us with our bags and gave us a full description of the facilities. A great help both at check in and check out.

Ok but not 'Grand'

Staff very friendly and informative. Hotel is dated, old and tired looking rooms. Bad smell coming from our part of the building, not sure what. Room was not greatly clean, dust bedside table, bathroom, OK but again dated
