Rigtig godt fitness center. Der var ubehageligt, at kur-skatten skulle betales med kontanter. Det var irriterende, at restaurantregninger ikke kunne lægges sammen med værelsesregningen, så jeg endte med at få mange bilag for opholdet.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage, ein schönes - in die Jahre gekommenes - Hotel. Der Service war vorbildlich und das Frühstück hervorragend. Die Kinder sind freundlich behandelt worden und haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt, besonders der Pool hat es uns angetan.

Der Blick auf die Nordsee und das Frühstück hat uns sehr gefallen Der Check lief freundlich ab, aber wir waren 15 Minuten zu früh da und es wurde uns gesagt das Zimmer müsse noch gecheckt werden! 3 Minuten nach 15.00 fragte ich dann nach dem Schlüssel... Im Bad fanden wir ein langes dunkles Haar und im Zimmer Spinnweben. Hätte uns die Dame um14. 45 schon den Schlüssel gegeben, hätte ich darüber hinwegsehen. Für ein frisch gechecktes Zimmer ist das allerdings ein No-Go

Mein Verlobter und ich waren nun zum ersten Mal im Urlaub und das Hotel war eine super Wahl. Das Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist auch super. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich, außer dass die Damen beim Frühstück etwas mehr Lächeln könnten :) Die Lage war auch gut. - Direkt am Strand, in der Nähe vom Zentrum. ansonsten war alles sehr schön. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Waren nun das zweite mal da und wie beim ersten Mal hat alles wunderbar geklappt, Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Frühstück, Coronabedingt, musste am Abend vorbestellt werden, die Mengen absolut ausreichend auch das Personal immer nett und freundlich, wir kommen gerne wieder. Vll wäre die Art des Frühstückens auch wenn dies nun Coronabedingt ist, zukunftsfähig, so ließe sich für das Hotel die Früshstücksmenge planen und es würde im Vergleich zum Büffet weniger weggeworfen werden.

E-Mail wurde nicht beantwortet. Dafür gabs ein Zimmerupgrade und ein Päckchen Toffifee. War soweit danit ok für mich. Sauberkeit größtenteils sehr löblich, Personal sehr bemüht. Essen sehr gut. Leider keine Hygieneartikel o.Ä. auf dem Zimmer. Keine Kaffeemaschine.
