The Space:

Natural light fills the main living area, where plush seating and a smart TV invite you to settle in after a day by the coast. The dining area and well-appointed kitchen make shared meals effortless, with modern appliances for easy cooking, a breakfast bar for casual bites and a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee ritual.



A separate TV room offers a cosy place to settle in after beach adventures, with a second smart TV, an electric fireplace and soft seating for movie nights by the fire. Ducted air conditioning provides year-round climate control, keeping every season comfortable.



Out on the verandah, find a peaceful spot with a book while the children enjoy the front yard. At the rear, the patio brings alfresco time to life with outdoor dining and a BBQ, ideal for sharing dinner in the fresh coastal air.



The serene bedrooms make restful retreats, with a king-sized bed in the first bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the second and two single beds in the third. The main bathroom pairs a full-size bath with a separate shower, while the second bathroom also serves as the laundry, adding everyday practicality.



Parking is provided on the driveway for two cars.

Parking: There is parking available in the driveway for two cars.
