The other two bedrooms with queen beds are located on the second level, between each is a small sitting area and TV.

Great location and everything you need!
Quiet location and everything you need for a relaxing stay in Dunsborough. Lovely outdoor area for lazing, reading, nibbles and cocktails….
A short stroll to town over a little bridge - supermarket, cafes, restaurants, coffee shops all close. Also a short walk to the beach. Everything is close by!
One bedroom downstairs with ensuite and two upstairs with second bathroom downstairs. Stairs are steep and narrow so may not suit some people.
We loved our stay and highly recommend Pepper Cottage!
