It was accessible to the yacht club and the town. Very clean and unobtrusive. Typically with motels parking is out the front of your room so a bit of noise from those leaving early. Cannot open shutters as residents can see in. Having said that, I will be definitely be booking again because the pros far outweighed the cons.
